Remove FYI notifications

Summary:

We currently have FYI notifications go out to the approval groups whenever anyone changes their preferred name(KnownAs). The requirement was to turn off only the fyi notifications for the knownAs field and keep the fyi notifications when there is a change in Last name, First name, and other PersonalInformation. Is this a possibility in Oracle HCM 24 B?
