Added fields on Benefits & Pensions Calc Card don't hold position

Summary:

We have extended this Calculation Card to include fields like Salary Sacrifice and
Flat Amount for Employee Lump Sum Additional Contribution. Generally it works
fine but on occasion we have found the fields change order. Particularly after updates.

Has anyone else implementing Calculation Cads come across this?
