Ethnicity Formula broken in report after 24A update

Summary:

We have a report that has been in use without issue for a few years. In this report, we are getting a general active headcount of employees and contractors with both the US and India as countries for the headcount. The formula we have in the Ethnicity field is to combine those that have more than 2 check boxes in the US to state '2 or More Races', and in the formula it calls out if there is nothing selected then to return 'Unknown'.
