Error while receiving an inventory

Summary:

We are getting an error as soon as we press "Create Receipt" button. Attaching the screenshot for reference.

1. We replicated the same for same item in lower instance it worked.
2. User can receive the other items and other transactions of the same item.
3. only this particular transaction is getting errored out.

Any idea? User has given all the mandatory fields
