Recruiting Activity Center Tab sorting

Currently on the RAC screen the Applications tab is shown first and then the Requisitions Tab. We need to interchange the tab positions - Requsitions tab should be displayed first and then the Applications tabs. Tried to rearrange it via VBCS but unable to do so as the access to Components/fields is not there. Is it possible to re-arrange the tabs?
