How to automatically award ICP to candidates based on eligibility

Hi All,

When we release an offer to a candidate we have provision to reward ICP (Individual Compensation Plan).

We have a requirement where all eligible ICPs should be automatically assiged to candidate whithout the need to manually selecting them from the list.

Just wanted to check if we have any configuration option for the same as ICP or Offerlevel.
