if candidate approve job offer recruiters to be notified only not the whole hiring team

Summary:

the client requested that notification to be sent to the recruiter only once the candidate accept job offer. i went to alert composer IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External within this the notification will be sent to JobOfferTeamMembersUserNameList how can i exclude the hiring manager.
