Description (Required):
We had an outage in IDCS on the 1st March 2024 which resulted in users unable to access our applications.
As part of the Root Cause Analysis, the following improvements were planned for release at a future date
Service Resiliency:
IDCS engineers are developing autoscaling capabilities which will ensure that, whenever hosts become degraded and are removed from the active pool serving customer traffic, new hosts will be automatically provisioned to maintain service capacity.
