Default instructor led activity time zone

Summary:

We are on 24A.

While creating an instructor led activity, Time Zone defaults to "(UTC-08:00) Los Angeles - Pacific Time (PT)".

Is there a way to change the default value to "(UTC-08:00) Vancouver - Pacific Tiem (Canada) (PT)"?

I've looked at Set Preferences > Regional > Time Zone, but I don't see Vancouver - Pacific Time.
