How to trigger an integration when user submits job application, external career site of fusion HCM?

Summary:

Hi,
I need to trigger an integration when user submits the job application on external career site. Integration will basically send an email to user containing QR code, using that QR code user would be able to pay fee against the job application. I am planning to build this integration on oracle OIC. I am just curios is there any api or webhook available for this use case ? how can I capture this event that user has submitted the job application on external career site ?
