Security Profile by Business Unit

Hello,

I have one legal entity and two business units. I want HR in each BU to only view data for employees within their respective BU. How can that be achieved? I used the following custom criteria but still when an employee has double assignments in each business unit the HR can see their assignment details in both BUs.

"&TABLE_ALIAS.PERSON_ID IN (SELECT PERSON_ID FROM PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M
WHERE business_unit_id IN (300000005915225, 300000005917051))"
