how to identify sender address when email is sent through Send message to Team action

Summary:

One of the Recruiter has sent a message to Hiring manager with some content without mentioning the name, requisition number name of the candidate using blank template through "Sent Message to team" option. Later some point the Hiring manager is worried from where he is recievinh the emails and for what purpose. Is there any way we can identify who sent/triggered the emails ?
