Turn Off FYI notifications

Hi .

We have a requirement to turn off FYI notifications.

Example:
Person→ Edit → Correct→Change location.
We have removed the information only rule in approval rules. But still the FYI notification gets triggered as seen in the screenshot. Looking for a solution to turn off the FYI notifications.
