Profile Options for setting up Redwood

Summary:

In the setup guide "HCM Redwood Pages with Profile Options", there is a section on page 5 that talks about" Depending on the required Redwood features, you may need to set the following profile options too:…."

I am unable to search and find any of these options ie "ORA_WLF_ORACLE_SEARCH_LEARNINGITEM_ENABLED or ORA_WLF_ORACLE_SEARCH_
LEARNINGRECOMMENDATION_ENABLED, etc…"

None of these options are available for me to turn on.

Is there something I am missing? Do these need to be built first?
