Hello experts,

I need to work as a proxy for employees or line managers during the Performance Document Process. Although I added the Impersonate User (FND_IMPERSONATE_USER_PRIV) privilege and the Application Implementation Consultant role, I am not able to see the "Switch To" option as described in the 24B guide:

  • Click your user image or name in the global header to open the Settings and Actions menu.
  • Click Switch To and select the user you want to work on behalf of.
  • Enter your password.
