What custom criteria in person security profile would I be able to use that would allow a user with an AOR defined by department and job to see and receive approval notifications?

I have a business case where let's say an HR approver needs to receive approvals for the department of Law but only for Research Assistant jobs and another HR approver needs to receive them for the department of Business but only for Administration jobs?

How would this work in custom criteria for the security role to use this AOR dynamically?
