attribute become '?' after fbdi import

Hi,
I were using fbdi to import ap invoice to Oracle Fusion Cloud. I would like to put some chinese words in one of the additional information of the invoice header.
I inputted the words in attribute5 of ApInvoicesInterface FBDI with UTF-8 encoding.
However, the words become "?????" after importing. May I know if it is a known bug and how could I fix it?
