During research on the Redwood AOR Page, we found the issues listed below which creates an inconvenient user experience. They add extra clicks and require the user to have to cancel and restart the creation process which is a waste of time. Are there any plans to fix these issues? They are frustrating and slow the pace of AOR creation.

  1. Fields in the Responsibility Scope section are case sensitive. It creates the impression that information the user is looking for is unavailable where it's just a matter of capitalization.
  2. Users are unable to type text into the Top Organization Field. To populate the field, users must scroll through the list serve. This adds extra time to the creation process.
