Profile option: Profile Option Code: INV_TM_SHORT_SERVICES_LAST_ACTION_CHECK

As a workaround for the inventory adjustment issues because of patch applied on April-19 following profile option soln. has been proposed by Oracle:
Profile Display Name: INV_TM_SHORT_SERVICES_LAST_ACTION_CHECK
Application: Inventory Management d) Module: Inventory Management e) Start Date: Yesterday.

In the 'Manage Profile Options' UI, check the Enabled and Updatable flags at the Site level. Click on the 'Save and Close' button.. Now, navigate to the task 'Manage Administrator Profile Values' UI and search for the profile INV_TM_SHORT_SERVICES_LAST_ACTION_CHECK.

Pls let me if you know the impact of it on other modules e.g. Finance, Proc etc. or has anyone done any regression test after applying the above fix
