Pennsylvania wage basis rule update for SIT

Does anyone know if there is any additional information about when this update is going to be delivered (still on track for June?) and how it is going to be implemented? We're trying to understand what type of impact it will have on our associates in Pennsylvania and what type of configuration we need to prepare.

There was a little information in the Q1 Legislative announcement, but it was fairly brief. We were wondering if there was any other documentation around it. Thanks!
