Learning offering DFF values to auto populate

Summary:

Hi Experts,

One of our business has requirement to auto populate learning offering level DFF from course level fields.

The requirement is at course level we have DFF as Program coordinator, Competency head. While creating course these fields will be entered by learning specialist.

Now learning team will create offering, on offering page we do have similar fields Program coordinator and Competency head so business want's to auto populate these fields from course instead of manually entering. As sometimes, a course may have multiple offerings.

I tried to associate offering DFF with value set so that I can build query to pull course DFF in it but found there is no learning parameter (context) supported.
