New redwood - UX LEARNER - Modify label

Dear all,

Is it possible to modify the label you find once you are on the learning catalog page, you click on a course that has no offerings and then you click on actions > find offerings?

More precisely, I'm asking if it's possible to change the text 'Try changing your filters or entering a different search'
