Assignments: what happens in case of rehiring

Hello,

Our customer has the following situation:

  • a person X that is working for the company as a regular employee.
  • The above person leaves company
  • After 2 years break in service he is rehired.

will his historical data be recovered in Core HR? If yes, will his historical data for PM and Learning (Oracle) be recovered?

As reported in Oracle doc, I can see that:

for Learning there is a process “Update Learning Assignment Statuses to Deleted or Withdrawn for Learners Whose Employment Was Terminated” so if we enable this process the active learning assignments will be changed to Withdrawn or Deleted.
