24B 'My spotlight' page shows 'Eligible Jobs' even when profile is off

Eligible Jobs Page showing after 24B

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have had our pod upgraded to 24B. However the 'eligible Jobs' pages have been enabled and the profile option has been switched on.

We dont use this facility so we want to switch it off. We have done this by putting the profile option back to 'No'

So the quick actions have now disappeared. However the action is still visible in the new 'My spotlight' Page which is enabled in 24B

I have tried to hide it in visual builder but this doesn't look possible?
