We need a solution to auto auto-respond to any candidate response with a default message on how to opt out of further communications

We have enabled Recruiting Booster and implemented 2-way SMS communication. We have a requirement to automatically respond to any incoming SMS with a default message on how to unsubscribe from SMS communications using in Opt out functionality. This is legally required to be sent to candidates as per "US under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Cellular Telecommunication Industry Association."

We have enabled advanced opt-out configurations according to the implementation guide but it only takes action and does not send any message on the opt-out instructions.
