candidate picks both email and txt, when send message is used would they receive both email and txt

oracle recruiting if candidate selects both email and text, when send message is used would they receive both email and text

In Oracle Recruting Booster ( Two-Way-Messaging) If a candidate has both email and text as their prefered communication. When the send message is used woud the candidate get a duplicated message, e.g. get the same message sent twice via txt & email ? Or does the system send one message to one selected mode ?
