Home or Work email address depending on termination status

Hi


I'm building an analysis which contains both current employees and employees who have left within the last 60 days (established using a filter on termination date). The analysis has an Email address field which I want to return Work Email for current employees, and Home Email for terminated employees. Can anyone let me know what Formula I need to put in?

The XMLof the analysis is attached - the output of this report will be used to maintain data in another system.
