Is it possible to disable or remove an error/warning message through Manage Messages task ?

Summary:

We have a requirement where we want to turn off warning message. Please advise how we can achieve this.

My Client Groups > Termination

We also noticed in the Manage Messages PER_TERMINATION_DT_BFR_NOT_DT that the delete button is disabled under the Action menu. Can we know why and if it can be enable? Thanks.
