Proration is not working for earnings element.

Hello all,

Here is the scenario.

Salary Basis is defined with simple components, Basic salary component is calculated on Gross salary component which is of 60%. we are using basic salary component in fast formula by using value set to get component details. which is input for the basic salary element. Here proration is not working for basic salary ELEMENT.
