Add Actions on events to be performed automatically - interview update

Hello,

Is anyone having issues with this action, we have it set up in the CSP to move applicants to the Interview Scheduled phase but it is not working. The applicant is staying in interview requested. Here's a screen shot of the set up. Thank You
