Requisition Failure due to decimal places

Summary:

Hello,

When trying to raise a requisition, we get an error because on one part of the system it is rounding the amount to 2 decimal places but against the distribution it is rounding to 3 decimal places. How do we ensure the system always goes to 2 decimal places, as you can't pay someone .685 of a £ but you can .68.
