Redwood Experience Create New Workrelationship

Summary:

When trying to create new work relationship for any direct /indirect report on redwood pages, the next page is not loading. It just stays on same page.

I have added ORA_PER_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_WORKER_AS_MANAGER after seacrching community pages but it doesnot help.
