Description (Required)

We are looking for a solution to 1 ) generate employee lifecycle change letters that can be 2) sent to the employee and 3) executed by the employee all within HCM. We understand this can be achieved through a report creation and then using Journeys and DocuSign for execution, however this would be delivering the letter to the employee for signing after the transaction has been fully executed in HCM. Ideally, the transaction is not completed until the employee signs the documentation. Example letters: Change in FTE, Transfer, Higher Duties etc.
