Can Workforce Health & Safety Surveys be anonymous?

My implementation has a requirement for Wellness surveys to be fully anonymous, as the answers are used for analytics. The person reviewing the answers should not be able to identify who submitted them. Is there any functionality to support this in Workforce Health & Safety? If not, are there any capabilities for anonymity in HCM Cloud?
