Is it possible to automatically add an end date on the AoR after a global transfer?

Summary:

When an HR is transferred, we need to add new AoR for this HR so he has access to his new perimeter.

We would like to keep history of the previous AoR but not the access to the population.

Is it possible to automatically add an end date on the AoR linked to an inactive workrel?
