Can a free text DFF be autopopulated based on value in tables

Summary:

We have created a DFF thats holds the 18 digit Supplier Site ID at supplier Site level. Can we pull the value from backend tables and autopopulate this DFF with supplier site ID ? Do we have such a provision in fusion?
