Unable to process retro for an approved time card
There is an approved time card for the week (Apr 21 - Apr 27) that does not
appear to have pulled into retro for pay week (May 3).
I see the payroll transfer Status shows "Transferred" but Payroll Processing Status shows "Not Processed".
As of May 10 of the weekly Payroll, This retro has not been picked for payroll run for 2 weeks in a row.
Appreciate any help on this issue
