Access group - what happens when a user is terminated and then rehired?

Hi

we configured two access group for a community, one based on Business Unit and one based on the manager. When an employee is terminated, he is correctly excluded from the community, but when we rehire the same employee in the same Business Unit and under the same manager he isn't included in the community participant list but appears within the access group.


Is this behavior correct? The employee shouldn't appear also in the community participant list?
