Auto course renewal on Anniversary

Hi,

I have created a course, which needs to be automatically renewed every year. I have created a learning initiative, which will assign the course to new hire on the date of joining.

I have set the due date as 365 within days of joining

 

 

In the Advanced rule, I have set the expiry as 1 date after due date and renewal as 1 day after joining.

 

 

 

The expectation is if an employee joins the organisation on 1-Jun-2024, the course will be renewed on 1-Jun-2025 irrespective of the date of completion.

Also, what would happen if the course is not completed by the employee for till 1-Jun-2025? Will the renewed course will appear?
