Will a license under Service be consumed if we enable Omni channel and Email communication

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We need to utilize HR Helpdesk and procured license for Helpdesk only, but for agent availability and automatic routing of tickets we need to enable Omnichannel and email communications. Can you please help me understand if a license will be consumed if we enable these two since these features are part of Service offering.
