Available to transact and Reserve shows Zero quantity while on hand shows a value

Hi,

I have an item which is lot controlled and it shows Available to transact and Reserve as Zero quantity.

Also as checked in the Manage reservations and picks UI no quantities are reserved against that item and no pending transactions.

I want to know why the ATT and ATR shows as Zero and where the quantities are stuck? What are the possible reasons that may cause this and how to solve it
