Not able to find process in BPM Worklist but the same process exists in Transaction Console

Step1) Tools>>Transaction Console>>Approval Rules>>Search for Process "Hire an Employee"
I am able to find Process "Hire an Employee"
Step2)
Set up and Maintenance>> Task Configurations for Human Capital Management
Search for "Hire an Employee"
I am getting message "No Task types found. Change search criteria."
