former employee application error
Summary:
We are in the process of implementing ORC and have ran into an issue that if you use an personal email address that is already attached to an inactive former employee, that we are getting an error message that the application can not be submitted. If we use an email not already on an active or inactive employee then everything works fine. How do we work around this? In the candidate selection process we do not have a duplicate check enabled to auto-trigger.
Since former employees would apply via the external career page and not the internal page, they need to be able to complete the application.
