23A Sync Action Reason from Position Warning Message - poor user experience

Summary:

We have recently enabled action reason sync for position management at the enterprise level. We have elected to sync certain action reasons, but not all.

If an end user selects an action reason that is not synced, there is a warning message that is displayed on the 'Impacted Assignments' section when changing a position attribute. I've included a screenshot of the warning message, this creates a confusing / poor user experience for the manager, as, to them, it indicates something could be wrong with what they are submitting, when there is not. The warning message is unnecessary.

Is this expected functionality? Is there a way to disable this warning message?
