Disabling suggested knowledge in Redwood Helpdesk

We would like to disable suggested knowledge articles when viewing the details page of a submitted HR Help Desk request in redwood. We have found that more often than not, articles suggested are not relevant and can lead to more questions from end users than good.

I have found profile options to change the filtering behavior based on category or product, but no way to suppress the suggestions.

For example, we receive an email through a fax service which creates a help desk request. The system will suggest an article about life events, or changing taxes. A user will frequently look at the article and then contact us because they didn't submit a tax form but their ticket says it's tax related. These calls are unnecessary.
