Can we use Job roles so Users with data roles that inherit the job role become transaction approvers

Hello,

Can we use Job roles so Users with data roles that inherit the job role become transaction approvers or initiators?

We have a requirement that a user with specific roles only should submit the transaction(ex. Promote).

Currently, we are using the attached condition rule. However, the client adds new data roles that also have access to the transaction which should be added to the condition. 

Is there a way we can use the Job roles so Users with data roles that inherit the job role become transaction approvers or initiators instead of adding all the data roles in the condition rule?
