Is there a way we can search for dependents in the "Family and Emergency Contacts" area?

I know they can be searched for in Person Management, but there's no way to tell which employee they are a contact of. It would be very helpful if this search criteria can be added to the "Family and Emergency Contacts" page and we could also identify which employee they are a contact of after searching.
