Can i set as required/manatory field Legal Transaction Category and Transaction Letter, considering that those are fields included in the location LACLS? AP Invoice / Additional Information/

I have tried to configure the descriptive field Payables Invoice Regional Information / JG_AP_INVOICES but the edit option was unable.
