Report agents are not working post 24B upgrade

Summary:

We did 24B upgrade on Saturday and several reports scheduled via agents were not delivered after the upgrade. Below are the observations so far;

  • Some reports that were not delivered on Sunday were delivered on Monday
  • When we click on "More Details" of an agent that did not work at all it shows "Agent Successful" and the time stamp also matches the scheduled time. But the recipients have not received the report.
  • When we manually run an agent it is running successfully but we are not receiving the report.

We have raised an SR with Oracle support.

Would like to know if anyone has experienced the same issue.
