How to fetch latest record in OTBI Report

Hello All,

I am developing an OTBI report to fetch Person's Skills and development data. For this, i have used 'Workforce Management - Person Profile Real Time' Subject Area.

Report fetching all data, but I have to pull the latest record. Please find below screenshot, i have to pull latest data which is in yellow color.

I have used SET VARIABLE PARAM_EFFECTIVE_DATE = '@{AsOfDate}{@{system.currentTime}[YYYY-MM-DD]}'; in prefix also but not pulling latest row.

Can anyone help me on the same. Please find the attached xml file.
